Tom Colquhoun The warped and spacious synths create a foggy, dreamlike neutrality vaguely reminiscent of the Disintegration Loops, or of Akira Yamaoka in his mellower moments, while the tight and understated drumbeats act to keep it set in physical space, moving briskly through a dystopia that seems both specific and generalised.
